It is carried out completely through offline mode. Those who cannot come to our school office, for them online mode is also available. Parents are requested to collect the Admission Form from the School Office itself.

Pride International School (“PIS” or “we”) operates an educational website and online portals that serve students, parents/guardians, alumni, and staff.
Our platforms include the public website www.pisnke.com, the learning/parent portals, and related mobile or web services (collectively, the “Platforms”).
By accessing or using the Platforms, you (“User”, “you”) agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines posted on the Platforms, govern your access to information, forms, online fee payments (if enabled), learning resources, communication tools, and any other services provided by Pride International School.

  1. Definitions

    The following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

    1. Platforms: The public website, portals, apps, and online tools owned or operated by Pride International School.
    2. User: Any person accessing or using the Platforms, including students, parents/guardians, staff, and visitors.

    6. School Policies: Codes of conduct, academic, disciplinary, IT, and safety policies issued by Pride International School.
  2. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the Platforms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or you access under the supervision and consent of a parent/guardian if you are a minor.
    If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platforms.

  3. Accounts and Access
    1. Some areas require an account (e.g., student/parent portal). You must provide accurate and current information and keep credentials confidential.
    2. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify the School immediately of any unauthorized use.
    3. Accounts are non-transferable and may be suspended or terminated for policy violations or misuse.
  4. Acceptable Use
    1. Use the Platforms only for lawful, educational, and school-related purposes.
    2. Do not upload or share content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
    3. Do not attempt to bypass security, introduce malware, scrape data, or disrupt services.
    4. Respect digital citizenship norms: no cyberbullying, impersonation, or sharing of others’ personal information without consent.
    5. Follow device and network policies when using school devices or networks.
  5. Educational Content and Submissions
    1. Assignments, assessments, and learning materials are for enrolled students and their guardians solely for educational use.
    2. By submitting Content (e.g., assignments, projects), you grant the School a limited license to use it for educational, assessment, and archival purposes.
    3. The School may remove or disable access to Content that violates these Terms or School Policies.
  6. Online Payments (if enabled)
    1. Fee payments made via the Platforms are subject to the terms of the payment gateway provider and Applicable Laws.
    2. Successful payment confirmation will be reflected in the portal and/or via email/SMS as available.
    3. Refunds, chargebacks, or corrections (if applicable) are governed by the School’s fee policy. Processing timelines may vary by bank/gateway.
  7. Intellectual Property

    All logos, names, design marks, website content, curricula, and media on the Platforms are the property of Pride International School or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
    Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platforms for personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms.

  8. Privacy and Student Data
    1. The School processes Personal Data in accordance with Applicable Laws and our Privacy Policy. We strive to apply age-appropriate protections for minors.
    2. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ online activity and ensuring accurate information is provided.
    3. The School uses Personal Data to provide educational services, communication, safety, and administration. We maintain reasonable security safeguards against unauthorized access or disclosure.
    4. Where consent is required by law, parents/guardians must obtain and maintain such consents.
  9. Third-Party Services and Links

    The Platforms may contain links or integrations with third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, learning apps).
    The School is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Use of third-party services is at your discretion and may be subject to their terms.

  10. Availability, Changes, and Support
    1. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
    2. The School may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or content with or without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or policy reasons.
    3. General support is available through the School office and designated communication channels.
  11. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Platforms and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the School disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including
    merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Educational outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond the School’s control.

  12. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Platforms.
    In no event shall the School’s aggregate liability exceed the amount (if any) paid by you to the School for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

  13. User Responsibilities
    1. Keep account credentials secure; log out from shared devices.
    2. Ensure your devices meet technical requirements and are protected against malware.
    3. Promptly report inaccuracies, security incidents, or policy breaches to the School.
  14. Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Action

    Use of the Platforms is governed by School Policies. Violations (including academic dishonesty, cyberbullying, or harassment) may lead to disciplinary action in line with School procedures, which may include account suspension, academic penalties, or further action as permitted by law.

  15. Termination
    1. The School may suspend or terminate access to the Platforms for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or School Policies.
    2. Upon termination, your right to access the Platforms ceases. Certain provisions (e.g., Intellectual Property, Liability, Dispute Resolution) shall survive termination.
  16. Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pride International School, its management, and staff from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Platforms or violation of these Terms or Applicable Laws.

  17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
    2. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Act. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The language shall be English.
    3. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the arbitration clause above.

  19. Assignment

  21. Severability and Waiver
